Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seflora ("Seflora", "the Service"), operated by IDEA8LAB, a business registered in Nigeria ("IDEA8LAB", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Seflora is a social media content scheduling service. It allows you to create or generate content, configure campaigns, and publish that content to social media accounts you connect, either automatically on a schedule or manually after your review and approval. Available platforms and features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connected social media accounts

The Service publishes content to third-party social media accounts that you explicitly connect through each platform's official authorization process. By connecting an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the account, or are authorized to manage and publish to it on behalf of its owner;
  • your use of the Service to publish to that account complies with the terms, policies, and guidelines of the relevant platform (including Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and TikTok's Terms of Service and content guidelines);
  • you grant Seflora permission to publish content to that account on your instruction, in the mode (automatic or manual) you configure.

Each connected platform is a third party with its own terms. Your relationship with those platforms is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, including changes to their APIs, access requirements, or availability.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant IDEA8LAB a limited licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service — that is, to generate, schedule, and publish it to the accounts you connect, and to send you related notifications.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you hold all rights necessary to publish it. You must not use the Service to create or publish content that:

  • infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of a third party;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise violates the policies of any connected platform;
  • contains malware, spam, or attempts to manipulate platform metrics in violation of platform rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in any way that violates the terms or guidelines of any connected social media platform;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • reverse engineer or misuse any credentials, tokens, or API access provided through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or any connected platform's rules.

6. Content generation features

Where the Service generates content using artificial intelligence, you are responsible for reviewing that content before it is published. Generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you remain responsible for what is published to your connected accounts, including in automatic mode, which you enable at your own discretion.

7. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Because the Service depends on third-party platform APIs, features may become unavailable or change due to actions of those platforms that are outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will be successfully published to a connected platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEA8LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including any failure, delay, or error in publishing content to a connected platform.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting idea8labs@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or any connected platform's rules. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
